About the University of Miami
The University of Miami is located about 15 miles from Downtown Miami in a section of Miami-Dade County called Coral Gables. The University lies just north of the Metrorail and is also bordered by US Highway 1. Formerly known as a "party" school, the University of Miami is actually an excellent school for both undergraduate and graduate studies.
